Open

To open a flight path (fly-through sequence) in Vizex:

• Load the display objects associated with the flight path you want to open.

• On the Vizex tab, in the Layer group: Select Display Layers | Flight Path | Open to open a flight path (fly-through sequence).

• In the Open File dialog navigate to and select an existing flight path file. Vizex flight path files have a *.VFLY file extension.

You can also load 3D Viewer (*.FLY) flight path files created in previous versions.

If it is not already open, the Vizex > Flight Path ribbon is opened. You can use the tools on the ribbon to edit and play the flight path object. See: Tools

Open in File Editor

Flight Path files have the same structure as Micromine data files and store the parameters needed to recreate a flight path in Vizex. You may want to edit the file to make minor modifications to the position and the orientation of the viewpoints in the file:

• On the Home tab, in the Files group, select Open Fight Path.
