Macros

On the Script tab, in the Macros group:

  • Click New to create the default structure for a Macro file. Alternatively, use a template to copy the structure (and optionally the data) from an existing file.

  • Click Open to open a Macro file for editing in the Macro Editor.

  • Click Import to extract a macro file from a macro package (.mcrpkg) file and import the form-sets referenced by the macro.

  • Click Export to package a macro file and its referenced form sets into a zip file with a .mcrpkg file extension.

  • Click Report to view a (.MOF) Report file generated after running a macro.

  • Click Run Macro to run a macro. Running a macro means executing the commands defined in a Macro file (.mcr) or Macro Package file (.mcrpkg).
