Input - Path
Double-click (or click on the Select icon) to select the full pathname of the dBase file you want to import. The dBase file will generally have a .dbf extension and can be located in any folder.
From record, To record
All fields in the dBase file will be imported. However, you can limit the number of records that will be imported to a range of records. Do this by entering From and To record numbers to specify the range of records to be imported.
If you leave these inputs blank, all of the records in the file will be imported.
Output file
Specify the file type and enter (or double-click to select) the name of the output file.
When you click OK to run the import process, if the specified output file already exists, you will be given the option of overwriting the file, or appending data to the file.

Select this option to open the file for editing in the File Editor once it has been .
