On the Wireframe tab, in the Editing group, Click More… 
for additional wireframe editing options:

Select More | Rotate to rotate a wireframe around a specified point and in the directions specified.

Select More | Resize to resize a wireframe around a specified point, and by a specified resize (%) value.

Select More | Create Sphere to generate a sphere or hemisphere by defining a radius. A hemisphere can be created as a closed solid or as a hollow surface. An option to create an open or closed hemisphere is provided in the Sphere Properties form.
