Calculations
The following tools are provided on the Wireframe tab, in the Calculations group:
-
Click Distance | To Wireframe to calculate the distance between a set of points and the surfaces and/or solids in a nominated wireframe or wireframe set. If a Position field is specified in the Output file, you can also record an indication of the relative (above, inside, below, outside) position of each point.
-
Click Distance | Between Wireframes to calculate the distance between the points of one wireframe and the surfaces and / or solids in a nominated wireframe or wireframe set.
-
Click Wireframe Thickness to calculate the thickness at each vertex of a wireframe.
-
Click Triangle Orientation to extract orientation information from the triangles of a wireframe or a wireframe set. A record is written to the Output file for each triangle. This includes the centroid of the triangle, the area of the triangle, and the dip and dip direction of the triangle face at that point.
-
Click Drillhole Cones of Uncertainty to generate cone-of-uncertainty solids around drillholes which intersect stope or development wireframe solids.
-
Click Pierce Points to generate events or intervals from the pierce points that intersect an input wireframe or wireframe set.
-
Click Attribute Expressions to use dynamic expressions to calculate new attribute values from existing properties and attributes.
