Incremental Solids
Use the Incremental Solids tool to create a block wireframe, cut surfaces from the block in increments and then generate solids based on what is cut out of the block at each stage.
In this example, a block model and the pits that will be cut out of a wireframe of the block model are shown:
Once the block wireframe has been generated from the block model, incremental solids are generated based on the options selected on the Output tab of the form. Below, Remainder solids are shown with the first, second and third pits cut out:
Incremental solids show what was cut out at each stage:
Cumulative solids show what was cut out across all stages:
