Date Setup

Click the Date Setup button on the real-time reporting toolbar to set options that determine how the date range specified in the Real-Time Reporting window is applied and how intervals are reported.

Defined Interval

This is the default option. The interval for reporting is defined by the Start date and the End date you have specified using the calendar controls provided.

Range

Select this option to define a range, from either the current day or a specified date and a Range constant. For example, you might choose to run real-time reporting for a date range which equals 1 week from today's date:

If a defined range constant is not what you want, select the CUSTOM option and specify the number of days:

Honour start and end date over intervals

This option is selected by default: The date range you specify will take precedence over the Report Intervals option you have selected.

For example:

If the Honour start and end dates option is selected, and you have specified a date range of 10 days and a reporting interval of ONE WEEK: 10 days of data will be reported irrespective of the reporting interval.

If the Honour start and end dates option is NOT selected, and you have specified a date range of 10 days and a reporting interval of ONE WEEK: Two weeks of data will be reported.

Report intervals

Select the interval at which data will be reported. See Honour start and end date over intervals above.

If a defined interval is not what you want, select the CUSTOM DAYS option and specify the number of days:
