Schedule Definition

On the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Add Tasks group: Click Schedule Definition to create a new schedule from task generation and dependency rules.

The data, objects, and rules from which the schedule is to be constructed are specified across the following tabs of the form:

  • Setup a list of Block Models from which attributes for the generated tasks of the schedule will be sourced.

  • Specify the Task Sources from which the tasks of the schedule will be generated.

  • Specify the rule sets used to generate Auxiliary Tasks for primary tasks in the schedule and establish dependencies for those tasks.

  • Setup a list of rule sets to be used to establish Inter-Group Dependencies between the tasks in the schedule.
