Schedule

On the Mining tab, in the Scheduling group:

  • Click New to create a new schedule. If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group.

  • Click Open to open a schedule. If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group.

  • Click Rename to rename a schedule. If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group.

  • Click Delete to delete one or more existing schedules from the current project. If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group.

  • Click Properties to display the properties of the current schedule. If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group.

  • Click Import Package to import a schedule that has previously been exported using the Export Package option.

    If a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group. Select Open | Import Package.

  • Click Export Package to export the database, task wireframes and configuration files for a schedule to a single (.mmschedulere) file that can be transferred between different projects, workstations and sitesIf a Schedule is already open, this option is available on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group. Select Save As | Export Package.

On the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Schedule group:

  • Click Save to save any outstanding changes to the current schedule. This option will only be made available when changes have been made to the current schedule since it was last loaded or saved.

    When you save a schedule, all the changes you have made (to calendars, attributes, tasks, resources etc.) are committed to the schedule database.

    Save As

    Click Save As to save:

    • a copy of the current schedule,

    • selected tasks from the current schedule as a new schedule,

    • a Strategic schedule as an Operational schedule,

    • or a package of the database, task wireframes and configuration files for the current schedule for transfer to another project, workstation or site.

    Select the type of storage in which the new schedule is to be saved:

    Save As

    Select Save As | Save As to save the schedule as a new schedule within the current project, or to save a Strategic schedule as an Operational schedule.
