Unhide fields

On the File | File Editor tab, in the View group: Select Unhide Fields (CTRL + SHIFT + U) to show hidden fields.

This option is also available on the Lookup Table Editor tab for Lookup Tables.

The number of hidden fields will appear in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. For example, Fld:15/17(20) means the highlight is in field 15 of the 17 visible fields and there are 20 fields in the file. That is, three fields are hidden.

In the Unhide Fields dialog, select the hidden fields you want to show:

To hide fields again:

• On the File | File Editor tab, in the View group: Click Hide Fields (CTRL + SHIFT + H) to hide the columns you have selected in the editor. You can use the CTRL key with the mouse to select the columns you want to hide.
