Convert

On the Drillhole tab, in the Database group: Select Manage > Convert to convert Drillhole (DHDB) and Blasthole (BHDB) database files to the latest database format. This conversion is necessary for inter-version compatibility, and as part of the application's upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit application.

Database format conversion will also occur when a project is opened for the first time (with the 2014 version or later).

To manually convert a database:

  1. Double-click (or click on the Select icon) in the Input file box to select the database to convert.

  1. Enter (or double-click to Select) the name of the Output database file.

    2. Alternatively, select the Overwrite input database check box to convert the Input database file directly.

  2. Finally, click Run to begin the conversion process.
