Edit

  1. On the Drillhole tab, in the Database group: Click Edit to edit a Drillhole (or Trench) Database.

This option is also available from Viewer | Database when the viewer is open.

  2. A list of databases in the current project is displayed. Select a database from the parent folder, or any sub-folder of the project, and click the Edit button.

  3. Alternatively, with a database already selected, right-click in a database input box and choose Edit Database from the right-click menu.

When you create or edit a database, you set properties in:

  • the Drillhole Database Properties form, or
  • the Trench Database Properties form.

It is possible to empty a drillhole database. Empty databases can be used as templates for drillhole planning.

An empty database must at least contain an empty Collar file, and may also contain empty (Survey, Interval and Event) downhole files. If any of these files is not empty, the database is invalid.
