Output

On the Output tab of the Generate Waste Blocks form, choose an output destination and specify how the output will be generated.

Generate Overburden Blocks

Select this check box to generate overburden blocks based upon the position of the blocks in relation to a topography that defines the upper limits of the deposit.

  • Specify the Type and Name of a Topography (surface) DTM.
  • Specify the Material code that will be used to identify the overburden blocks in the output (or input) Seam Block Model file.

Generate Interburden Blocks

Select this check box to generate interburden blocks.

  • Select the Generate Interburden check box to enable the Interburden Definition grid.

  • Optionally specify a Prefix and a Suffix for the blocks written to the output file.
  • Select the Seam Above and Seam Below check boxes to associate the blocks with the seams that lie immediately above and below.
  • When you are combining multiple seams into a single unit, typically a combination of the roof (highest) and floor (lowest) seam names are used as the unit name. To help differentiate between Seam above and Seam below, you can specify a Separator.

Modify Input file 

If this option is selected, the results wil be written to the input Seam Block Model file.

Seam Block Model file

If you have chosen not to append to the Input file, enter or double-click (F3) to select the name of an output Seam Block Model file.
