Topography

On the Topography tab of the Vein Network form, configure the method to be used to generate topography for the vein network from collars and wireframes.

Use the No Topography option if you do not want to generate topography for the model and simply fill the defined extents.

Note: When opting to Use existing wireframes on the Veins tab of the form, the Global Defaults fields on the Veins sub-form and the Input fields on the Input tab of the form are disabled.

If selected, the Generate from Collars option will also be deselected. No Topography becomes the default setting.

Generate from Collars

Select the Generate from Collars option to generate topography from the collar data in the drillhole database.

You can select the DHDB Filter check box and select a filter to determine the records in the drillhole database that will be processed for collar information, if required. This could be used to filter out underground collars, for example, to help keep your topography consistent.

Wireframe

Select the Wireframe option to use an existing wireframe representing your topography.

Type

Use the Type field to select the wireframe type to be used for topography.

Name

Select the Name of the wireframe of the selected type from the field provided.

Click Select to enter the wireframe name in the form.

If the selected topography does not cover the extents of the modelled region, a warning prompt will be displayed.

Click Yes to continue or No to cancel the modelling process.

Veins
