Outline Restrictions

Outlines can be used to restrict that data that is used as input to various functions. To define which outlines will be used:

1. Double-click to select the outline file.
2. Choose either NAME or CODE from the Select by list.
3. Enter the selection criteria in the Identifier response or double-click and select an outline attribute from the list. Use Wildcards to generalise identifiers. For further information, see Wildcards.
4. Do this for up to five outline criteria.

By default, all outlines in the entered outline file are used.
