Assay Quality Control

On the Stats tab, in the Assay Quality Control group:

• Click Continuous Sampling to check sample data distribution for continuous data.

• Click Mean to estimate the mean of a population from a sample.



To compare the true means of two populations using a sample from each, select Mean | Difference Between Two Means from the menu.

• Click Paired Samples to set a paired distance tolerance, e.g. 2 m radius. The function outputs a file which lists all samples in holes which have a sample (or part of a sample) in another hole within the Max paired distance tolerance.
