Variography

On the Stats tab, in the Variography group:

  • Click Variogram Map to evaluate and determine anisotropic directions on a 2D plane.

  • Click Variograms to create a sequence of variograms at different lag intervals from each axis.

  • Select Variograms | Omnidirectional Variograms to:

    • Calculate and display experimental semi variograms, from data sets comprised of measurements and their positions, using simplified rules.
    • Model the experimental semi variograms to obtain values for use in 3D Block Kriging and Cross Validation.

  • Select Variograms | MIK Variogram Inspector to compare and visually validate the variograms generated from an MIK (Multiple Indicator Kriging) Cutoff Set.

  • Click H-Scattergram to model semi variograms from a file containing semi variogram data.

  • Click Cross Validation to compare the measured value for a point with that estimated for the same location after trends have been removed and a model fitted.

  • Click Show Control File to open and view a Variogram Control File for inspection.

  • Click Report to report the parameters used to define one or more variograms.
