Fault Interactions
The Fault Interactions grid is used to configure the ways in which the faults included in the lithologies of the model intersect or terminate. If there are no faults, the grid is disabled.
Fault
Select a fault to begin defining an interaction. The faults included in the lithologies of the surface map model are listed.
Interaction
On each row of the grid, select an interaction (Cuts Through or Terminates At) between one fault and another:
Fault
Select the fault which interacts with the first fault.
Side
Select from the auto-calculated list, the side of the fault which interacts with the first fault. This is where the interaction occurs.
Use the buttons on the grid list toolbar to Manage the rows in the list.
If there are no fault interactions defined in the grid, all faults will be assumed to be cutting through each other.
