Segment Codes
Rolling Resistance is the force that resists the rolling of a wheel or other circular object along a surface caused by deformations in the object and/or the surface.

Overall Speed: The entire segment cannot go any faster than the Overall Speed

Initial Speed: The truck must enter this segment at the Initial Speed or lower (slows down in the segment beforehand)

Final Speed: The truck must leave this segment at the Final Speed or lower
