Panes

Use the options on the Window tab, in the Panes group, to toggle the display of Vizex (Layer Types, Vizex Layer Display, Properties, Project Explorer, Sections) Panes on and off.

  • Click Vizex Layer Types, to hide/show the Layer Types pane. You can use the Layer Types pane to load form set data into Vizex, based on type.

  • Click Project Explorer to hide/show the Project Explorer pane. Use the Project Explorer pane to explore the files and folders of the current project.

  • Click Properties to hide/show the Properties pane.

    When you select a display object in Vizex, you can view and (sometimes) edit the properties of that object. The Type of the current layer and the Name of the current layer are also displayed at the top of the Properties pane.

  • Click Sections to hide/show the Sections Pane.

  • Click Vizex Layer Display, to hide/show the Vizex Layer Display pane.

  • Click Favourites to hide/show the Favourites pane. You can use the Favourites pane to view, edit, and run the form sets associated with your favourite menu commands.

  • Click Output Console to hide/show the Output Console pane. You can use the Output Console pane to view information pertaining to processes completed during the current session, and any processes currently running.

  • Click Notifications to hide/show the Notifications pane.

  • Click Tasks to hide/show the Tasks pane.

  • Click Report Viewer to hide/show the Report Viewer window.

  • Click Open Script Editor (CTRL + F11) to hide/show the Script Editor pane. You can use the Script Editor to load, edit and run a saved script.
