Add Polygon Part

1. On the Design tab, in the Create group: Select New Donut Polygon | Add Polygon Part to digitise a polygon and either attach it to an ordinary polygon or add it to a donut or multi-part polygon.

   

2. If not already selected, you will be prompted to select the polygon you want to add a part to:

   

   

3. Click Accept and then digitise a polygon. Right-click to finish (the polygon is auto-closed).

   

If the polygon you selected was a multi-part or donut polygon, a new part is added. If the polygon you selected was a single polygon, a multi-part or donut polygon is created.
