On the Drillhole | Viewer tab, in the Edit group:

• Click the Sync Selection button to allow data selections to be synchronised between different (Chart, Vizex, File Editor and Drillhole Viewer) views of the same data.

  

  • Select Sync Selection | None to perform no synchronisation.

  • Select Sync Selection | Receive to allow data selections to be synchronised between different views (Chart, Vizex, File Editor and Drillhole Viewer) of the same data. This is the default option.

  • Select Sync Selection | Send to send selection information to other sync receiving views (Vizex, File Editor, Drillhole Viewer) with the same data file.

  • Select Sync Selection | Both to send and receive data between sync sending and sync receiving views of the same data.

• Click Insert One (CTRL + I) to insert a single blank record.

• Select Insert | Insert Many to insert a number of blank records.

• Click Delete Records (CTRL + D) to remove one or more records from a file.

• Click Ditto to copy the contents from the cell above the current cell to the current cell (CTRL + ').

  

• Use Increment One (CTRL + A) and Increment Many (CTRL + SHIFT + A) to increment field values in successive records of a file.

  

• Use Replicate One (CTRL + R) and Replicate Many (CTRL + SHIFT + R) to copy the contents of a field to the same field in successive records.

  

• Click Overwrite Mode to choose whether or not to overwrite field contents when using the Increment Many, Replicate Many and Execute Many tools.

  

• Click Find & Select (Ctrl+F) to locate the occurrence of a specified value or string in the current file. If you close the Find dialog, you can repeat the search by clicking Find Next (Ctrl+Shift+F) or Find Previous.

  

• Select Find | Replace to search for and replace specific data in one or more fields of a file.

  

• Select Find | Go to Record (CTRL + G) to navigate to a specific record number in the current file.
