Initial State

Initial State allows you to set a pre-mined or pre-scheduled state using the same text range style as Source and Destination Paths. You can use the Initial State tool to keep your scenarios up-to-date based on face positions in the real world.

In the following example, Initial State was used to remove a large portion of the Alpha Pit to provide immediate room in the In-pit Dump.

Alpha/S1-S2
Alpha/S3/*/*/170-55
Alpha/S4/*/D
Alpha/S4/*/E <Waste>
Alpha/S5/*/*/@0-105 <Waste>
Alpha/S6/*/*/@0-125 <Waste>
Alpha/S7/B12/D/@0-130
Alpha/S7/B11/D/140
Alpha/S7/B11/D/135 (50%)

In order for an Initial State to be effective, it references and writes to a relevant Percentage Field which is set via the Destination Initial Percentage Filled Field in Scenario Settings > General.
