Replace Folder Paths

Searching and replacing folder paths in the File Editor typically applies to macros, but is relevant anywhere a path is stored in a Micromine DATA (or related) file.

Copy as path

One way to copy a large number of file names is to use the Copy as path command:

  1. In Windows/File Explorer, select the files you want to copy to a file.
  2. Hold down the Shift key and then right-click on the selection.
  3. Choose Copy as path from the right-click menu.
  4. In the application, paste the copied rows into the destination field in the File Editor:
