Insert Points at Elevation

On the Shape tab, in the Add group: Click Insert Points at Specified Elevation to insert points on a shape at a specified elevation. (Ctrl+M,E)

This tool will only insert a point if that particular Z level

Do the following:

1. Enter an Elevation value.

2. Pick a shape.

3. Pick a segment on that shape.

   

A point is inserted on the segment at the specified elevation.
