Utility

When the Design Window is open, the following options are available for selection on the Shape tab, in the Utility group:

• Click Annotate Shape to apply (or hide) annotations for a selected shape or shapes. (Ctrl+P,H)

  

• Click Set Attributes by Direction to set incremental attribute values for design elements located along a vector, in the direction and at the gradient specified. (Ctrl+Alt+A,D)

  

• Click Set Attributes by Line Intersection to set attribute values according to the sequence in which the design elements you have selected intersect with a line. (Ctrl+Alt+A,I)

  

• Click Reverse Sequence to reverse the point sequence or the line direction of selected shapes. (Ctrl+R,R)

  

• Click Set Attribute by Expression to set the attributes of selected design elements using an expression. (Ctrl+D,E)

  

• Click Assign Attributes by Polygon Regions to assign attributes to design elements that fall completely within or partially within selected polygon regions. (Ctrl+Alt+A,P)

  

• Click Assign Attribute by Solid Regions to assign attributes to design elements that fall within selected solid regions. (Ctrl+Alt+A,S)

  

• Click Assign Attribute by Nearest Centroid to assign attributes to design elements from the closest region element. (Ctrl+Alt+A,N)

  

• Click Copy Attribute Values to copy the attribute values from a source design element to one or more destination elements. (Ctrl+Alt+A,C)
