Export Cycle Times CSV

A complete table of network connections can be exported. You might choose to do this when evaluating multiple scenarios, so you don't have to process each schedule one-by-one in Haul Infinity, or when generating dispatch tables for your fleet management database.

The export will create a lookup table of every possible permutation of source, destination, truck, loader and material.

The complete lookup table can number in the tens of thousands of rows.

To export the complete network:

  1. On the Network tab, select Export | Cycle Times to CSV.

  2. In the Export Wizard, select a destination directory for the export and click Next to continue. You can choose a file and overwrite it, or create a new file.

  1. Select which Material Types to include in cycle time calculations and click Next to continue.

  1. Select the Blocks to include in the export and click Next to continue. Note that “block to block” times will not be calculated.

  1. Select which Operating Conditions to include in the cycle time export and click Next to continue.

  1. Select which Loaders to include when exporting cycle times and click Next to continue.

  1. Select Trucks from the list and click Next to continue. Note that if you don’t select any trucks, then travel times won’t be calculated (shortest routes only).

  1. Choose the Flag states to calculate routes for and click Next to continue.

  1. Select the Nodes to be exported and click Next to continue.

  • Click on the column title to sort A-Z and Z-A,

  • Click the Filter icon to sort by Value or Text/Numeric Filters.

  1. Wait for the export to complete and click Finish to exit the Wizard. This will generate a haul for every single combination of Material, Operating Condition, Loader, Truck and Flag between every source and every destination.

The size of the export file increases exponentially with the number of blocks selected.

For large models, use the Schedule Auditor.

  1. Open the CSV generated to review the results. It should include all Cycle Time calculations.
