Use selected records

The Record Number dialog lets you specify a range of records to be imported if you do not want to process the whole file. 

• Type in the column number at which the record numbers start and the length of the record number field.
• Type in the number of the first record to import, and the number of the last record.

When you run the function, only the nominated records will be imported.
