Combine Grids into a Seam Block Model (SBM)

This function builds a Seam Block Model. This a 3D model where all blocks have the same X and Y dimensions, but the Z value of each block is variable (and represents the thickness of each seam/interburden layer).

The elevation is controlled by the Reference grid (FJ in this case). The FJ Thickness grid is used to calculate the roof and floor of the reference seam.

Now the Thickness grids above (and/or below) the Reference grid are stacked in their correct sequence (as defined in the Control File), thus creating the Seam Block Model file.
