Field Statistics

To check that values have been written to the records in a table, right-click on the table and selecting Utilities | Field Statistics:

Options

The Options available in the Field Statistics window will depend on the type of the selected Field (See "Fields" below).

Range

For a Numeric field or a Solid, you can generate statistics for the data defined by a Picked Range or a Text Range. See: Ranges

For a Numeric field, you can also:

• Select the Include zeros check box to include zero values in the statistics.

• When a Weighted Average aggregation applies to the field, select the Sum of Weighting Field check box to sum the values in that field.

• Accept the default or use the increment/decrement controls to adjust the Interval at which the statistics will be summarised.

• Accept the default values or use the increment/decrement controls to adjust the Mininum — Maximum range for which the statistics will be summarised.

Fields

Fields in the current data table are listed here. Click on the name of a field to select it. The Options that are available for a field will depend on the field type.

Chart

Use the Chart tab to view the generated statistics as a histogram of the number of Nodes per Interval.

Details

Use the Details tab to view the generated statistics as a count of the Nodes per Interval. You can expand each Interval to view the nodes underneath.

Summary

A Statistical Summary is shown below the Chart pane or the Details pane. This includes the default or the specified Range.
