Upcoming Activities in Period

  1. On the Design tab, in the Overlay group: Select Upcoming Activities in Period to visualise all upcoming tasks that will be active in the current period. (CTRL + O, P)

    In this example, schedule progress for the current case is shown in dark blue:

  1. You may not see any change in the Animation Window until you select an appropriate (Yearly, Monthly, Daily) Reporting Level. Yearly is the default.

    In this example, Monthly is selected and we see a shaded overlay of the upcoming tasks:

  1. To make the upcoming tasks clearer, set a contrasting solid overlay colour selection for the comparison case.

    You can also set the default solid overlay colour via All Settings:

Show/Hide

Select this option to toggle the display of overlays on and off (you can also do this by clicking the Show Upcoming Schedule Period icon when visualisation is enabled).

Cancel

Click Cancel to disable the Show Upcoming Schedule Period overlay and hide the drop-down menu.
