In the Modify Range Dependency By Animation dialog, one or more Range Dependency Entries are listed for a selected Range Dependency. Click Edit to edit a selected Range Dependency Entry.

Dependency
Choose a Range Dependency from the Dependencies that have been setup for the current case.
Selection Mode
Choose a Selection Mode. The chosen mode is used to select a range in the Animation Window (see below). The default mode is Single Node.
Mode | Description |
---|---|
Single Node | Select successive nodes(schedule solids) individually. In this mode, you can also choose a Selection Level to restrict your node selections to a particular level. |
Node Range | Click the mouse to select a node which represents the start of the range and then click the mouse to select a node which represents the end of the range. Nodes within the range Start node-End node are selected. |
Intersection | Select an intersection to select all nodes (schedule solids) that share the intersection. |
Selection Level
(Optional). If you have chosen Single Node as the Selection Mode, choose a Selection Level to restrict your node selections to a particular level or levels.
Choose from the Levels that have been setup for the current case.
Predecessor Range
Use the picker tool in the Animation window to select a Predecessor Range for the Range Dependency.
In this example, the top and bottom of the skip are selected as predecessors for a dependency named Access on development:
Click Next to continue.
Successor Range
Use the picker tool in the Animation window to select a Successor Range for the Range Dependency.
A directional arrow is rubber-banded as you move and click the mouse to select a Successor Range:
Click Next to complete the Range Dependency Entry definition.
A right-click context menu allows the Predecessor and Successor Range Dependencies you have interactively defined to be enabled/disabled, swapped or deleted:
