Close Tabs

To help prevent the accidental closure of document tabs, a Close button is only shown on the active tab rather than on all tabs. This is controlled via a ui_show_close_button_all_tabs user settings under All Settings.

When set to True, all tab pages have a Close button, otherwise the default behaviour (False) is to only show a Close button on the active tab.
