Cloud Licensing: Error Messages
If you're using a cloud license (as opposed to a USB type license) and have activated a Passkey using the License Adminsirator, you should be good to go. If an error occurs when you start the application, try hitting the Refresh button in the Licence "Splash" Screen.

License has no time available/remaining
Contact Micromine Support to enquire as to the status of your available application license time.
All licenses are currently in use
Your Cloud Passkey provides you with access to a defined pool of licenses. If you do not have an hourly overflow option, then this message means that all of the unlimited licenses are in use.
Could not connect using active cloud passkey
Something is wrong with your Cloud licence passkey. Contact Micromine Support to get a new one or to confirm issues with your existing passkey.
