Options
Date/Time Display Format
Select the format that will be used to display the duration of the task in the Tasks List. Durations can be displayed as Date.
Show Task Bar Labels
Select this check box to select the attributes that will be labelled and positioned or around the task bars of the Gantt chart. If you want to label attributes based upon the values calculated from an expression, click on the = symbol at the left of the expression input box to open the Expression Editor.
Font
Double-click on the Text Properties Preview box to select a font and set text properties for the labels.
Position
Set the (After, Before, Start, End) position of the labels on the task bars.
Bar Labels
Select the attributes that will be labelled and aligned on the task bars of the Gantt chart. For attributes with an editable source field, the attribute may have either a fixed value or have a value calculated from an expression.
Show Today Line
This option is enabled by default. When the check box is selected, a vertical line is displayed on the bar chart to mark the current date and time. Colour and Style options can be set for the line.
Line style options are:
- Solid
- Dash
- Dot
- Dash Dot
- Dash Dot Dot
Use Calendar Shading
In an Operational schedule, the shading to be applied to exception days in the Gantt Chart can be set to match the shading applied to the default calendar or a task-specific or resource-specific calendar.
Use calendar from
The default calendar or a task-specific or resource-specific calendar can be selected:

Calendar
If you have chosen Switch as the calendar to use, accept the default calendar or select the calendar to use (when additional resource or task-specific calendars have been configured on the Scheduling | Schedule tab, in the Calendar group).
If calendar shading is not required, deselect the Use Calendar Shading check box.
Display Colours
Set the colours to apply to the task bars, group bars and dependency links in the Gantt chart:

Task bar colours can be set to match the colours applied to the cached wireframes in Vizex.

Dependency link colours can be set to differentiate between user and auxiliary links, and vertical and horizontal links.
Template
The Template button is only available for Template Forms. Template Forms inherit saved or previously used values.
Click the Template button to select and open a saved form set template.
Load Template
Click the Load Template button to select and open a saved template to populate the fields of the form.
Save Template
Click the Save Template button to save the details of the current form as a template that can be loaded at a later time.
Manage
Click the Manage button to open the Template Forms manager which can be used to open, save, delete, import and export the template forms for your project.
Undo and Redo
Click Undo (CTRL + Z) to undo recent changes in the form. After an Undo, click Redo (CTRL + Y) to restore the last change that was undone.
Collapse
Collapse (roll-up) the form to preview a chart, or preview the results of an operation in Vizex, or obtain input values from Vizex, the Property Window, the File Editor, or the Plot Editor.
