Levelling an Unlevelled Schedule

A "levelled" schedule is an equipment-driven schedule based on prioritised mining activities, resource productivity and resource availability. The aim of Resource Levelling is to resolve overallocation or scheduling conflicts to ensure that the project can be completed with the available materials and equipment and within the (time, capacity, proximity and inventory) constraints of the project.
