| P5: Personnel Hours (All Personnel)

For each piece of selected equipment the operator, the operator’s role and the duration in that role are reported for the defined period. |
| P2: Hours by Period
|
This panel reports the operators of the selected equipment and the time spent in that capacity during the defined period. The total time for the period for each operator and overall time spent by all the operators are included. |
| P3: Operator Timeline
|
The time started, the location, the duration and many other details of the activities of an operator are presented in chronological order for the defined time frame. The timeline details every change made over the time period affecting the operator and may extend over more than a page. After checking the details of the timeline, each employee may sign his or her sheet as a true record of the work undertaken for the period. |

Qualifications reference data groups can be configured to ensure that the allocation of people
to equipment is restricted to personnel qualified to work with that equipment in a given role (i.e. operator). |
