P5: Personnel Hours (All Personnel)

Description:
For each piece of selected equipment the operator, the operator’s role and the duration in that role are reported for the defined period.

Associated panels:
P6: Personnel Hours (Primary Operators)	For each piece of the selected equipment the operator and hours spent operating the equipment are listed for the defined period. The overall total for each operator and the overall total for each piece of equipment are included.
P2: Hours by Period	This panel reports the operators of the selected equipment and the time spent in that capacity during the defined period. The total time for the period for each operator and overall time spent by all the operators are included.
PA3: Equipment Performance	This is a comprehensive report on the status of the selected equipment over the defined period. The total measure and its production rate (measure per operating hour), and the availability, utilisation and UofA of the equipment are included. The overall totals for the whole period are presented.
Terms used:
All Personnel	All personnel included both primary operators and trainees.
Primary operator	Each piece of equipment must have an operator. This is the primary operator. Trainee operators may accompany the primary operator.
Panel Definition:
A panel is defined by a set of report parameters and attributes which may vary from site to site:
Parameter	Attributes
Site	Select from the list of configured sites.
Period	Year, Month, Day Shift, Macro.
Equipment	The unit of equipment assigned as Secondary Unit.
Operator	All Operators, Crew, Team, Operator.

Summary levels:
The panel will report information to the selected Period, Equipment and Operator Attribute levels.
