P3: Operator Timeline

Description:
The time started, the location, the duration and many other details of the activities of an operator are presented in chronological order for the defined time frame. The timeline details every change made over the time period affecting the operator and may extend over more than a page. After checking the details of the timeline, each employee may sign his or her sheet as a true record of the work undertaken for the period.

P4: Operator Timesheet The time, location, duration and many other details of the activities of an operator during a particular time frame are presented in chronological order. The timesheet is a summary of the changes and measures over the defined period and may extend over more than a page. After checking the details of the timesheet, each employee can sign his or her sheet as a true record of the work undertaken for the period.
P5: Personnel Hours (All Personnel) For each piece of selected equipment the operator, the operator’s role and the duration in that role are reported for the defined period.
P6: Personnel Hours (Primary Operators)rators) The information on this panel is first sorted by operator. For each of the selected operators-equipment combination the operating, idle and down times, and the availability, utilisation and U of A for the defined period are listed. The total measure and its production rate (measure per operating hour) for the period also are included. The overall totals for the whole period are presented.
