EH5: Equipment Timeline

Description:
A comprehensive report on the date, start time and duration that selected equipment was in one of the selected states during the defined period.
This panel is most useful for data validation – if there is reason to suspect that activities have been entered incorrectly, this may assist Administrators or Control Room Operators in identifying and resolving the problem. For more detailed analysis, the Equipment Timeline with Measures panel can be used.

EH6: Equipment Timeline With Measures A comprehensive report on the date, start time and duration of selected equipment. The equipment status at the time, the measure type and its value are all reported for the defined period.
EH7: Meantime Between Failures The total down hours of the selected machinery for the defined period is reported. A count of the number of failures, the mean time between failures and the mean time for repair during the period are included.
EH8: Mean Time Between Failures Graph The results are presented as histograms of the Number of Maintenance Events and Time to Repair. It is an analysis of the frequency selected equipment is in maintenance, and of the time taken to repair.
Terms used:
Mean Time Between Failure The mean operating time between the equipment downtime. Reported as the value of MTBF.

Parameter Attributes
Site Select from the list of configured sites.
Period Year, Month, Day Shift, Macro.
Equipment The unit of equipment assigned as Secondary Unit.
Status

All States, Group, Type, Category, Detail.

Summary levels:
The panel will report information for the selected Status Attribute levels.
