EH8: Mean Time Between Failures Graph

EH8: Mean Time Between Failures Graph

Description:
The results are presented as histograms of the Number of Maintenance Events and Time to Repair. It is an analysis of the frequency selected equipment is in maintenance, and of the time taken to repair.

Compare the frequency and impact of failures between different vehicles, models of vehicle, or vehicle functions (e.g. frequency of brake failures between two different truck models).

Quickly identify areas of concern (high number of events, or high time to repair) and present this information visually to managers or maintenance team members.
Associated panels:
G1: Equipment Availability and Utilisation This panel presents a line graph of the average availability and utilisation of the selected equipment for the defined period. The U of A is also included. It could be used in a Dashboard or to display U o f A trends in weekly and monthly meetings.
EH4: Equipment Hours by Status Group (OID) A summary of the time selected equipment spent in selected states for a defined period.
EH7: Meantime Between Failures The total down hours of the selected machinery for the defined period is reported. A count of the number of failures, the mean time between failures and the mean time for repair during the period are included.
