EH2: Equipment Hours Pareto

EH2: Equipment Hours Pareto

Description:
This report displays the selected states of the selected equipment for a defined period in two ways: as a histogram with each measured characteristic shown in descending order of magnitude, and as a line which is the cumulative total of hours by status at each point.
Due to its high visual impact, this can be useful for presenting information and ideas to other personnel and managers. Multiple conclusions can be drawn from a single graph (“we spend 10% of our time in unplanned maintenance, which is 3 times the amount of time spent in preventive maintenance”).
Associated panels:
EH1: Equipment Hours A summary of the hours spent in each of the selected states by each of the selected pieces of equipment for the defined period. Run this report on a group of equipment (e.g. all bolters), to understand how their time is spent performing various tasks in the mine.
EH3: Equipment Hours by Period A summary of the time selected equipment spent in selected states for a defined period.
EH5: Equipment Timeline A comprehensive report on the date, start time and duration that selected equipment was in one of the selected states during the defined period.
