Viewing critical Information

The bottom right of the Data Acquisition interface is the default location for a tabbed information pane that shows:

• Events recorded during the shift. At any time, you can verify that the events being recorded by the system are being logged correctly. Whenever you confirm an event, the event should appear in this pane as the last event recorded.
• System Messages raised during the shift. These messages are purely for diagnostic purposes and will only be of interest to a system administrator when a problem occurs.
• Notifications are related to the Sending text messages to equipment sent to equipment operators during the shift.

The Notification pane will detail the time of the message, the originator and the recipient of the message, and the type of acknowledgement required.

• Alarms raised during the shift. Some events may trigger an alarm, for example when a truck enters the wrong location. Any alarms raised during the shift should be addressed immediately.
