PA1: Equipment Availability

Description:
The time that selected equipment spent in Operating, Idle and Down states during the defined period is reported. From these states the percentage figures of equipment availability, utilisation and U of A are calculated and reported.
Associated panels:
G1: Equipment Availability and Utilisation This panel presents a line graph of the average availability and utilisation of the selected equipment for the defined period. The U of A is also included. It could be used in a Dashboard or to display U o f A trends in weekly and monthly meetings.
G2: Equipment Hours (Percentage Pie Graph) The panel presents a pie graph of the selected status of the selected equipment as a percentage of the total. The individual percentage of each state is listed.
PA3: Equipment Performance This is a comprehensive report on the status of the selected equipment over the defined period. The total measure and its production rate (measure per operating hour), and the availability, utilisation and UofA of the equipment are included. The overall totals for the whole period are presented.

A panel is defined by a set of report parameters and attributes which may vary from site to site:

Parameter Attributes
Site Select from the list of configured sites.
Period Year, Month, Day Shift, Macro.
Equipment The unit of equipment assigned as Secondary Unit.
Summary levels:
The panel will report information to the selected Period and Equipment Attribute levels.
