The time started, the location, the duration and many other details of the activities of an operator are presented in chronological order for the defined time frame. The timeline details every change made over the time period affecting the operator and may extend over more than a page. After checking the details of the timeline, each employee may sign his or her sheet as a true record of the work undertaken for the period. |

The timesheet is a summary of the changes and measures over the defined period and may extend over more than a page. After checking the details of the timesheet, each employee can sign his or her sheet as a true record of the work undertaken for the period. |

Qualifications reference data groups can be configured to ensure that the allocation of people
to equipment is restricted to personnel qualified to work with that equipment in a given role (i.e. operator). |
