CY9: Truck Cycles Duration Graph

Description:
The truck cycles states are displayed as a histogram for the selected equipment that was active during the selected period. This display makes it very easy to observe the performance of a truck over the period, and to compare the performance between trucks.
Use this report on a regular basis, during or after each shift to quickly identify unusually high cycle times. High queuing times indicate that equipment may need to be re-allocated. High travel times can be analysed using the Viewer.
Associated panels:
CY8: Truck Cycle Duration A comprehensive report of the start cycle time for the selected hauling equipment active during the defined period. Included for each truck is the time spent at each stage of the hauling cycle, the duration of the cycle and the tonnage hauled.
CY7: Truck Cycles (Actual Tonnage) This panel lists the cycle start times for the selected trucks that were active during the defined period. The tonnage hauled on each loader-location-destination cycle and the total tonnage hauled by the truck for the period are included. If other reports show that a truck has unusually high cycle times, this panel can be used to get a detailed understanding of that truck’s cycles and material movements.
CY1: Average Load Times

This panel reports the average load time, the average queuing time, the average payload and the number of loads made by the loading equipment at selected source locations for a defined period. It is a review of loader performance. Use this panel to group by year or month, and look for trends in average loading times and tonnages, and compare operators or crews to look for below-average performance or identify training opportunities.

Haulage Cycle The truck journey between source, destination, and return. The cycle incorporates the following stages: queuing, loading, hauling and travelling empty.
