CY1: Average Load Times

CY1: Average Load Times

Description:
This panel reports the average load time, the average queuing time, the average payload and the number of loads made by the loading equipment at selected source locations for a defined period. It is a review of loader performance. Use this panel to group by year or month, and look for trends in average loading times and tonnages, and compare operators or crews to look for below-average performance or identify training opportunities.
Associated panels:
CY10: Truck Cycles by Loader This panel lists the loading activity for selected loaders that were active during the defined period. This includes the time of the load, the haul truck loaded, the location of the loader and the destination of the material.
PA3: Equipment Performance This is a comprehensive report on the status of the selected equipment over the defined period. The total measure and its production rate (measure per operating hour), and the availability, utilisation and UofA of the equipment are included. The overall totals for the whole period are presented.
GC2: Daily Production The tonnage of material moved from a selected source to a selected destination during the defined period is reported. The defined grade types of the material are presented as grades and contained metal values. As there may be numerous grade types defined, each row may cover more than one page.
Terms used:
Average Loading The average time taken to load a truck.
Payload The weight of material, defined in either tonnes or tons, loaded onto a truck.
Load Count The number of truck loads made during the defined period.
Cycle States The states or stages in the movement of material from the loader to the dump and return. This incorporates queuing, loading, travelling loaded and travelling empty.
