Email Support
Select the Email MICROMINE Support link from the Support menu panel at the left to open a form that can be used to email Support at Micromine Australia Pty Ltd.
The form that opens contains details on your system configuration to assist Support in resolving any issues you are experiencing.
Using the fields provided, you can enter your details and a message about the issue which requires support.
In the From field, enter the email address from which you want to send the Support email. This is a mandatory field.
Enter your Phone Number in the field provided. This is a mandatory field.
Use the Subject and Message fields to enter the details of your support request.
The System Details field contains details on your system configuration and is read-only - i.e. it cannot be edited.
When the relevant information has been entered, click Send.
