Macro Functions

Select New/Modify File to create a new file, or modify a file by altering the field names, types, widths, or the number of decimal places.

Select Copy, Rename, Delete or Open to copy, rename, delete or open a file from a form.

Select Copy to copy from one wireframe type to another. In most cases, you will using this function to create a new type.

Select Copy, Rename or Delete to copy, rename or delete a wireframe from a form.
Select Save Selected to save multiple wireframes selected in Vizex as a single wireframe.

Select Select Printer to change a printer/plotter and its parameters within a macro.
Select Substitution Table to define a form set of substitution values that can then be substituted in macro instructions.
Select Call Macro to call a macro in a form. The macro you pass to CALLMAC will run. When it is complete, the main macro will continue. Only one level of nesting is possible. That is, the macro in the form you pass to CALLMAC cannot contain another macro.
Select Go to Hole by Name to navigate a drillhole log by specifying the name of the hole you want to view.

Select Run External Program to run a batch file or external program. You can also use file associations to open any Windows compatible file, for example a PDF file or a PowerPoint (.PPT) file.

Select Previous Section or Next Section to move to the previous or next section.
Select Step Towards or Step Away to move a specified distance towards or away from the current viewpoint.
Select Snap Section to snap to the current section.
Select Open Section Control File to open an existing section control file.
Select Close Section Control File to close a section control file.
Select Rename Section Control File to rename a section control file.
Select Go to Previous Section in Control File to move to the previous section in the control file (Page Up).
Select Go to Next Section in Control File to move to the next section in the control file (Page Down).
Select Go to Section by Name to go to a section by specifying a Control File and a Section name.

Select Nexus | Upload Files to call a form for uploading project files to the linked Nexus project.
Select Nexus | Sync to call a form to synchronise all project form sets and files for the linked Nexus project.
Select Check for Updates to call a form to check for new versions of project files for the linked Nexus project.
Select Nexus | Revert to call a form to restore previous versions of project files for the linked Nexus project.
Select Download Files to call a form to download updated project files for the linked Nexus project.
