Drillhole Validation

On the Drillhole tab, in the Validation group: Select Validate Drillhole, to validate data in Collar, Survey, Interval and Event files.

Although some basic validation is performed when you add Collar and Survey files to a Drillhole Database, for example, it is recommended that you run this function prior to adding those files.

Since Interval and Event files only exist in the database as links to external files, no validation checks are performed when they are added to a Drillhole Database.

The following tabs are provided in the Drillhole Validation form:

• Collar File
• Survey File
• Interval File
• Event File
• Validation Report

You can also validate the files in a Drillhole Database by selecting the Validate Drillhole Database option on the Drillhole tab, in the Validation group.
